NOTES FOR TEST-RUN

Preparation for Filing Thermal media oil
after Completion of Assembly
Installation.
Two inlets are available for filling
thermal media oil:
P4 Tube for filling oil into Expansion
Tank, discharging excessive oil from
Expansion Tank to lower tank, or testing
Expansion Tank Liquid Level Controller.
The 3/4” Valve located under Circulation
Pump for discharging residual oil in
pipe when cleaning Filter, this also can
be done through the Oil inlet where you
fill thermal media oil initially.
All exhaust valves in P3 pipe line must
be turned on fully, besides,all valves
in main pipe line must be turned on
fully, too.
NOTE:
A 13mm Bolt Plug is next to pivot of
circulation pump, when filling thermal
media oil initially it is may not be
tightened up for the purpose of removing
air during test-run; let thermal media
oil fill into bearing as lubricant until
full, them tighten up the bolt.
